Based in Scottsdale and serving patients throughout Paradise Valley and the greater Phoenix area, my concierge practice brings medical dermatology, hair and scalp care, skin longevity, skincare, and cosmetic planning together in one ongoing relationship.

Concierge membership gives you the time and access to approach your skin differently. Instead of treating each concern as an isolated visit, we can build a thoughtful plan, follow what changes, and adjust your care throughout the year.
Comprehensive Time Together
Four comprehensive visits each year, approximately 60 minutes each, allowing time to address your skin health, hair and scalp concerns, skincare, prevention, and cosmetic goals.
Direct Access
Direct messaging access to Dr. Jeffy seven days a week, from 9 AM–9 PM, with virtual follow-up when appropriate.
Care When Something Comes Up
Additional problem-focused dermatology visits when clinically appropriate, without an additional professional visit fee.

An ongoing skin-health roadmap that brings medical dermatology, hair and scalp care, skincare, skin longevity, and cosmetic planning together.

Primary Adult Membership
$12,000 annually
Four comprehensive visits, ongoing problem-focused care when appropriate, direct access to Dr. Jeffy, and year-round personalized dermatologic care.
Routine minor in-office procedures are also included when medically appropriate.
Spouse or Partner Membership
$10,000 annually
Full adult concierge membership for a spouse or partner within the same household.
Dependent Membership
$2,500 annually
For dependents through age 25. Ongoing medical dermatology care at the frequency clinically appropriate.
Membership is intentionally limited to preserve the time, access, and highly personalized care that define the practice.

GOOD TO KNOW
Concierge membership, at a glance.

No. Concierge membership is a direct-pay arrangement for the enhanced access and care provided by Dr. Jeffy. It is not health insurance. Outside laboratory testing, pathology, prescriptions, specialist care, and other third-party services are separate.

Cosmetic procedures are not included in the annual membership fee. Concierge members receive preferred pricing on eligible cosmetic treatments and skincare products, along with ongoing cosmetic planning as part of their care.

When a new dermatologic concern arises, additional problem-focused visits are included when clinically appropriate. These may be in person or virtual depending on the concern.

Yes. A spouse or partner may enroll as a full adult concierge member for $10,000 annually. Dependent membership is available through age 25 for $2,500 annually and includes ongoing medical dermatology care at a frequency appropriate to their needs.

Yes. Home visits are available exclusively to concierge members when medically and logistically appropriate. Home visits are not included in the annual membership fee and are subject to an additional fee, service area, and availability.
